When an SR CKIN related to a name change is added to a GDS/F1 booking, the system automatically creates a Time Limit (TL) in the PNR. This may lead to automatic cancellation unless the correct name correction procedure is completed within the specified TL.

For name corrections more than 3 characters, then the Hub ID request must be sent to the AEGEAN Hub team for evaluation along with the relevant documentation. For name correction up to 3 characters, the process below must be followed.

Name corrections of up to 3 characters (including title changes) on ticketed bookings can be approved automatically through AEGEAN Hub. No additional waiver from AEGEAN is required once approval is received through AEGEAN Hub.
