Since the booking has already been ticketed:
a) Yes, must be selected.
b) The original ticket number must be entered in the ticket number
c) The correct name exactly as shown in the official travel document must be entered. (example: Family name/First name/title)
Important notes:
- The full name must be entered, not only the corrected part.
- Spaces are considered characters.
Example:
In order to get auto approval, you need to follow below steps:
- Name mentioned on the ticket: i.e IERONYMAKI/CHRYSIMRS
- Write correct name as per passport: i.e. IERONYMAKI/CHRYSSIMRS
Wrong examples:
- Changing only CHRYSSI: Since the family name and title are missing, the change is more than 3 letters and must be evaluated by AEGEAN Hub team. Auto approval will not be possible!
- Writing IERONYMAKI/ CHRYSSI MRS: Additional spaces are considered characters, and together with the letter modification “S to SS” is more than 3 letters and must be evaluated by AEGEAN hub team. Auto approval will not be possible!
- Writing CHRYSSI IERONYMAKI: Name Surname Vice versa (VS) and missing slash (/). This is also considered a change of more than 3 characters which must be evaluated by AEGEAN hub team. Auto approval will not be possible!
d) Enter the Distribution system used for the issuance
e) The new PNR created must be added to the free text box
f) ) Supporting documentation (ID, passport etc) is not required.
