ADM policy

In accordance with IATA resolution 850m (Passenger Agency Conference Resolutions Manual), please find below our ADM policy already in force.
  1. Reason for ADM
    An ADM may be raised for any irregularity related to the issuance and use of Traffic Documents issued by or at the request of the Agent. In consultation with Agents, individually or collectively, alternative uses of ADMs may exist.
  2. Minimum ADM value 
    There is no minimum value for an ADM
  3. Administration fees 
    There is Administration fee of 23 EUR per ADM
  4. Issuance 
    Via BSP LINK only
  5. Dispute
    According to IATA Resolution 850m (4.50-4.60) travel agents will have a maximum of 15 days to review and dispute an ADM prior to its submission to BSP for processing. All disputes are to be settled by the Airline within 60 days of receipt. Any dispute concerning an ADM already settled in BSP must be communicated to Aegean in writing within 50 days of ADM issue date.

ACM POLICY

ACM can be issued only within nine months after reference document’s date of issue.

  1. In the event that Agency Debit Memos have been discovered as unjustified, an Agency Credit Memo will be issued to credit the respective amount. This only applies if the ADM has already been billed. Otherwise, the ADM will be cancelled.
  2. In the event that over-collection in fare has been discovered with a ticket or ticket reissue/exchange which requires corrections in favor of the customer, an Agency Credit Memo can be issued upon request by the agent.
  3. AEGEAN will only accept requests for the issuance of Agency Credit Memo (ACM) via BSP link, including all the necessary information and documents.


Permitted Time Frame of ACM request.

Adjustment request will not be accepted after nine months from date of issuance of travel document OR from date of refund of travel document OR from date of issuance of ADM.
