Please be informed regarding the Bulgaria Currency Change – BGN → EUR (01 January 2026).

• Reissue: For all tickets issued prior to 01 January 2026 and exchanged on or after 01 January 2026, reissuance will be handled by the Call Center upon request.
This applies to all tickets across all GDS and F1 systems.

• Refund (tickets issued prior to 01 January 2026 only): Refunds must be processed via BSP refund (no MF fee applies).
