Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Eligible Travel Agencies : IATA, NON- IATA and PCI Agents, registered in Aegean Hub and located in countries where Aegean operates or is represented by a General Sales Agent (GSA).
  • Blackout period : High Season, XMAS, Easter, School/public holidays and other festive period that may apply on country level.
  • Routes excluded : PSO GR Domestic

Request terms & conditions:

  • Maximum 4 pax per flight/request may be permitted.
  • Requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before departure and no earlier than 45 days in advance.
  • At least 3 working days are required for the evaluation and response.
  • AD evaluation is based on the date/flight/route as displayed in the Request form submitted. Name in request form must match the travel documents.
  • A new request is required to be submitted via Aegean Hub for any changes on flight/date/route etc.

General information:

  • AD applies only on A3/OA Operating/Marketing flights and it is subject to special rules and conditions.
  • The validating carrier is Aegean Airlines / 390 document.
  • AD is subject to availability and it may apply only on RBD K class and above for economy and on D class and above for Business .
    It is applicable on all fare families, excluding Special Fare families e.g. Business Basic.
  • No Waiting list/ No Rebooking/No Reissue are permitted.
  • No supplemental child discount applies. For infant, 10% charge applies on adult discounted fare.
  • AD is not combinable with other discounts.
  • AD is not applicable for ancillary services (e.g. UMNR, EMDs etc.)
  • CBBG is eligible only for passenger (extra seat must be pre-booked).
  • AD is not transferable or resalable.
  • No miles can be collected. FQTV restriction applies for both Accrual/Redemption.
  • In case of overbooking or change of capacity, reservation may not be regraded.
  • The passenger is responsible for any taxation obligations.
  • Name change is not permitted. A new request should be submitted with the correct name.
  • AD tickets are refundable, and no refund fee applies. DCF (Distribution Channel Fee) and YQ Tax are non-refundable. After departure ticket is non- refundable in case of Non show.
