Τhe airports of Santorini, Kefalonia, Corfu, Samos, Zakynthos, Rhodes and Mytilini islands will remain closed for the below periods due to airport works:

Rhodes: The airport will remain closed from November 18, 2025 to March 24, 2026 for 24 hours from 18:01 every Tuesday to 17:59 every Wednesday.
Zakynthos: The airport will remain closed from February 2, 2026 until February 16, 2026.
Santorini: The airport will remain closed from January 12, 2026 until January 19, 2026.
Samos: The airport will remain closed from November 19, 2025 to December 17, 2025 for 24 hours from 00:01 to 23:59 every Wednesday. 
Mytilini: The airport will remain closed from November 18, 2025 to March 24, 2026 for 24 hours from 00:01 to 23:59 every Tuesday.
Kefalonia: The airport will remain closed from November 17, 2025 until December 01, 2025.
Corfu: The airport will remain closed from January 12, 2026 until January 26, 2026.
Mykonos: The airport will remain closed from November 18, 2025 to March 18, 2026 every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Please note the following:

Dear partners,

Please find the steps below that must be followed to automatically receive approval via AEGEAN Hub.

1. A new PNR must be created under the correct name in the same RBD or any higher published RBD into the same cabin of travel (Economy or Business).
2. Log in to AEGEAN Hub, and create a new request under the category "Name change".
3. Once you select this category, you will see the below fields.
4. As the booking is already ticketed, 
   a) Yes, must be selected. 
   b) Original ticket number must be inserted in the field for the ticket number
   c) The correct name as written in the official travel document.
5. After clicking ‘submit’, the below message will appear and an email notification will be sent (this process will only work on name changes up to 3 characters maximum).
6. After the confirmation, ticket must be reissued in the new pnr manually by collecting the name change fee as OC 23 Eur in the taxes and any tax difference that might occur. Original amount will be used.
7. Even if the RBD is not the same as per original booking, no fare difference will be collected 
8. Fare family will remain the same, fare basis as per original booking
9. Endorsement box of the new ticket must also reflect the original ticket number and Hub ID as waiver code

10. If the ticket is not issued, in step 3 you select “No” and follow the current procedure.

Note:

• It is crucial to follow the steps of the reissue exactly as mentioned in the email & policy to avoid an ADM.

This is to inform you that effective for sales and travel on/after 03rd of December 2024 economy fares for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s routes will be enriched by additional fare families. 

Based on existing policy, in KSA routes we are offering two fare families in Economy Cabin (Saver and ComfortFlex) both of which include 1 PC free baggage allowance.  

Under the new policy, our fare families’ structure will include Light*, Flex* and ComfortFlex.  

Additionally, since we constantly aim to make each and every flight a unique travel experience, we introduce “Family” fare family* with exclusive benefits for families traveling with children.  

On RBD level, all Economy Published RBDs will be included to all Economy Fare Families.

“SSR CTCE” (passenger providing email address)

If the change/cancellation of their booking has been made at least 8 days before the departure, passengers will receive the following notification in Greek and English.

 
For cases where the change/cancellation in the booking has been made within 7 days from the date of departure, passengers will receive the following messages.

If the passenger wishes to proceed with booking cancellation, he needs to contact the travel agency directly.

Kindly be informed that with immediate effect, IET/CS Agreement between A3/OA, and Cyprus Airways (CY) has been deactivated.  
Please find below ticketing guidelines for follow up on existing tickets issued in interline scenario.

2. Ticketing Guidelines for existing tickets

2.1. Voluntary Changes 

For voluntary change requests, where original ticket (VC=390) includes A3 Marketing/CY operating flights, new itinerary must include A3 flights only. 

Examples: 

• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook inbound flight only. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only. 
• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook outbound flight only. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only, reissue to be performed with coupon selection. Inbound flight operated by CY shall remain active in original ticket. 
• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook both flights. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only. 
• Ticket is partially used and customer requests to rebook inbound flight. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only. 
  
  

2.2. Involuntary Changes 

Involuntary changes can be normally processed. New itinerary cannot include any CY operating flight. New itinerary must include any A3 operating flight and/or any OAL flight operated by an IET partner.
 
2.3. Refund 

Refund both for voluntary and involuntary purposes can normally be processed.

Rerouting/Rebooking in different cabin than the original booked is not permitted.

Effective immediately, due to ongoing Train network operation disruption, in France, Aegean is offering ticketing flexibility to affected customers traveling to/from French airports:

Kindly be advised that with immediate effect, the issuance of Refund Notice is possible though any distribution system, for both individual tickets and groups.

In case, you proceed with a Refund Application, the service fee will be 23€. Except in cases where your original ticket has been reissued by AEGEAN.

Additionally, for group bookings with partial or total cancellation and subject to penalties there is the possibility to issue an EMD with the corresponding amount provided that is issued in the same month in which the group was issued.
Alternatively, in case the EMD is not issued, Revenue Accounting will issue and send an ADM with a service fee of 23€ per document.

Kindly be informed that the FLX Release v.10.5 was successfully patched in production, containing the below Enhancements:
 
1. EMDs Cancellation Fee implementation 

Travel agents are able now to issue EMD-S for EMD-S for Cancellation Fee (D/995)

                                
1.1 EMD-S for Cancellation Fee (D/995) payment flow

Any case involving a missing cancellation penalty is covered by the EMD-S for Cancellation Fee, i.e. a ticket has been fully refunded without collecting the cancellation fee.

a) An active AIR segment needs to exist prior to issuing the cancellation fee EMD in order not to be rejected from 1A. 
b) Within the initial PNR, add an active AIR segment (if not existing), click the Standalone EMD icon and it will display a dropdown that will show the types of Standalone EMDs available:


c) Mandatory EMD fields to be updated by travel agents:

• Traveler Association: Select the traveler to whom the EMD will be associated from the dropdown list 
• Ticket Reference : Select the ticket to whom the EMD will be associated from the dropdown list 
• Service Location: Enter the three-letter of the Origin city/airport code 
• Fare Information (Base Amount): Base Amount refers to the Cancellation Fee itself 
• Form of Payment
• Endorsements, Tour Code, Remark: These items can be added if needed, not mandatory 

d) Issue EMD-S by clicking Submit:

f) After the EMD-S issuance, delete the segment

2. Upload agency logo 

It is now possible for users with an Agency Administrator role to upload their agency's logo. When an uploaded logo is used, it shows up in emails sent to passengers by the agency or a bridged agency.

i.e.
a) In order to upload the logo, please “Choose File” in the “Agency preferences” tab:

b) Select the logo and click on  “Save”

c) Changes have been successfully saved 



d) Travel agent’s logo now appears in emails that are sent to passengers



e) In order to delete the Agency Logo, you need to leave the “Choose file” blanks when it has “No Files Chosen” and click on ‘Save’. That way it will remove the Logo.



f) Logo has been removed 



Lastly, several bugs are now solved & B2T colleagues will be informed accordingly.
