The new Self-Service Baggage QuickDrop-off process at Athens International Airport has been enhanced, offering an even smoother and faster experience for Economy Class passengers.
How the process works
Step 1: Online check-in
Passengers should complete their online check-in up to 48 hours prior to departure via aegeanair.com or the AEGEAN app.
Please note that Business Class passengers, Miles+Bonus Gold members, AEGEAN ForFamilies passengers, and passengers requiring special services, along with their travel companions, will continue to be served at dedicated AEGEAN check-in counters.
Step 2: Baggage tag printing
Passengers can scan their boarding pass (digital or printed) at one of the AEGEAN baggage tag kiosks.
The baggage tag will be printed automatically and should be attached to the bag handle.
Step 3: Baggage drop-off
Passengers place their bag on the baggage belt, scan the baggage tag, and receive their baggage receipt digitally.
