Partial reissue with Status C – International Routes

When processing a partial reissue, if the coupon status of the flown flight remains "C" (Checked), the ticket must be repriced manually.

Before completing the reissue, always verify the applicable Fare Rules and Fare Combinations to ensure accurate pricing. Detailed pricing instructions can be found under Pricing | AEGEAN Hub.

Important reminder — if the new pricing generates an Additional Collection (ADC), it must be collected before the reissue is finalized.

Preliminary Check

Retrieve the original ticket.
Confirm that the coupon status of the flown segment is still "C" (Checked) and has not yet changed to "F" (Flown).

Book the new flight.

Step

Select both the flown and the new segment, then proceed with historical pricing using the respective Fare Family.

Step

When redirected to the ticket list, select the applicable ticket by clicking on it as shown below.

Populate the Original date of issue field by selecting the date displayed under Original Ticketing Date and continue.

Step

Open the Additional Fare Details tab and verify that:

The Fare Calculation Line includes both the used and the new flight segments.
The fare of the flown segment matches the fare shown on the original ticket.

Copy the entire Fare Calculation Line.

Step

Close the tab and return to the main page.

Select only the new flight segment and choose Create Fare Tab.

Step

Open the Use Ticket Data tab and select the original ticket.

Step

Paste the Fare Calculation Line copied in Step 5.

Add all the NUC amounts and update the Total NUC accordingly.
Calculate the new Base Fare by multiplying the Total NUC by the ROE.

Step

Change the Reason to "REISSUE" and the Commission to "Percent".

The new TST should appear as follows:

Click to save TST.

The new pricing has now been completed successfully, and you may proceed with the ticket reissue, by selecting only the new flight segment.
