Partial reissue with Status C – Domestic Routes

When processing a partial reissue, if the coupon status of the flown flight remains "C" (Checked), the ticket must be repriced manually.

Before completing the reissue, always verify the applicable Fare Rules and Fare Combinations to ensure accurate pricing. Detailed pricing instructions can be found under Pricing | AEGEAN Hub.

Don't forget—if the new pricing generates an Additional Collection (ADC), it must be collected before the reissue is finalized.

Preliminary Check

Retrieve the original ticket.
Confirm that the coupon status of the flown segment is still "C" (Checked) and not "F" (Flown).

Example: Reissue with No Fare Difference (No ADC)

Follow the below steps:

Book the new flight:

Step

Select only the new flight segment and proceed with Historical Pricing, selecting the appropriate Fare Family.

When redirected to the ticket list, please select the applicable ticket.

Step

Click the Original Ticketing Date and insert the Original Date of Issue.

Step

Click Store Fare or Rebook.

Step

Retrieve the original ticket and copy the Fare Calculation for the flown segment.

Step

Return to the main page.

Step

Click the Pencil icon to open the Ticket Mask (TST).

Step

Paste the copied Fare Calculation into the new TST.

Update the Fare Calculation by adding all applicable amounts. Ensure that the Total EUR is correctly reflected in both the Fare Calculation line and the Base Fare field.

Change the Reason to REISSUE and the Commission to Percent.

Step

Click to save TST.

The new Stored fare mask should appear as shown below:

The new pricing has now been completed successfully, and you may proceed with the ticket reissue.
