Supported Systems
CBBG requests can be processed directly in all GDSs, except Farelogix.For Cabin baggage (CBBG) - Farelogix bookings you must submit a request via AEGEAN Hub.
Required information for request submission:
- Passenger PNR
- Reason for CBBG
- Item dimensions (mandatory for musical instruments or similar items)
Find the maximum allowed dimensions.
Processing
Upon request submission, the AEGEAN Help Desk will:
- Create a new PNR including both the passenger and CBBG
- Provide further handling instructions
Important note: Immediate ticketing is required after claim.
