Supported Systems

CBBG requests can be processed directly in all GDSs, except Farelogix.

For Cabin baggage (CBBG) - Farelogix bookings you must submit a request via AEGEAN Hub.

Required information for request submission:

  1. Passenger PNR
  2. Reason for CBBG
  3. Item dimensions (mandatory for musical instruments or similar items)

Find the maximum allowed dimensions.

Processing

Upon request submission, the AEGEAN Help Desk will:

  • Create a new PNR including both the passenger and CBBG
  • Provide further handling instructions

Important note: Immediate ticketing is required after claim.
