• For customers with two separate tickets for connecting flights or round-trip itineraries (both with A3/OA): Rebooking permitted on both tickets. Involuntary refund: Only credit voucher without top-up can be offered on both tickets.
• For customers with two separate tickets (connecting or round-trip itinerary), where the second ticket is with any other airline (except A3/OA), rebooking free of charge or full refund for the ticket with the other airline is not permitted. Other airline ticket fare rules must be followed according to the validating carrier.

This enhancement adds the following support for CLID to SPRK:

• When a user has a CLID on the PNR and they create a quick profile, the CLID will be transferred to the newly created profile on that traveler along with the Airline Code. 

• When a user manually creates a new traveler or company profile, they will have the option to add a CLID to the profile, found on the PNR Elements tab (see image below).  

• When a user uses the profile, please note that the Mode setting for CLID is currently optional; thus you need to click on “Add” option in order to be inserted in the PNR. In the near future, this will be altered to ‘Auto’.

Note: The restriction of only one CLID per Profile /PNR remains.

How to Submit a Request:
1. Log in to AEGEAN HUB.
2. Submit a new request

3. Go to the "Agent Discount Request" category.

4. Fill out the online form and click submit.
5. Once your request is reviewed and approved and/or rejected you will receive an alert on your profile and an email from AEGEAN HUB.

6. The system will generate:

• The Tour Code
• A downloadable PDF with full pricing and ticketing instructions.
• You need to open the PDF and follow the ticketing instructions.

Pricing Instructions by System

For GDS-issued AD Tickets:

Refer to the system-specific entries for AD50 as an example. Please note that detailed guidance is available within each system.

For Farelogix-issued Tickets:

Follow these steps:
1. Click on Contracted Fares
2. Set Type to: Contract ID
3. In the Code field, enter the discount percentage offered
4. Select the Fare Family

5. Click on the Pencil icon in Fare field.
 
6. Insert manually the Tour Code and Submit.

Important Notes on Ticketing

• Automated pricing/ticketing is allowed only when using the designated Account Code provided in the pricing instructions.

• The Tour Code is mandatory and must be:
  - Copied and pasted exactly onto the ticket.
  - Included in the PNR via OSI or SSR element.
• Tickets issued without or with an incorrect Tour Code may result in a Debit Memo, equal to the full published fare (RBD & Fare Family).

Τhe airports of Santorini, Kefalonia, Corfu, Samos, Zakynthos, Rhodes and Mytilini islands will remain closed for the below periods due to airport works:

Rhodes: The airport will remain closed from November 18, 2025 to March 24, 2026 for 24 hours from 18:01 every Tuesday to 17:59 every Wednesday.
Zakynthos: The airport will remain closed from February 2, 2026 until February 16, 2026.
Santorini: The airport will remain closed from January 12, 2026 until January 19, 2026.

2. Log in to AEGEAN Hub, and create a new request under the category "Name change".
3. Once you select this category, you will see the below fields.
4. As the booking is already ticketed, 
   a) Yes, must be selected. 
   b) Original ticket number must be inserted in the field for the ticket number
   c) The correct name as written in the official travel document.
5. After clicking ‘submit’, the below message will appear and an email notification will be sent (this process will only work on name changes up to 3 characters maximum).
6. After the confirmation, ticket must be reissued in the new pnr manually by collecting the name change fee as OC 23 Eur in the taxes and any tax difference that might occur. Original amount will be used.
7. Even if the RBD is not the same as per original booking, no fare difference will be collected 
8. Fare family will remain the same, fare basis as per original booking
9. Endorsement box of the new ticket must also reflect the original ticket number and Hub ID as waiver code

This is to inform you that effective for sales and travel on/after 03rd of December 2024 economy fares for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s routes will be enriched by additional fare families. 

Based on existing policy, in KSA routes we are offering two fare families in Economy Cabin (Saver and ComfortFlex) both of which include 1 PC free baggage allowance.  

Under the new policy, our fare families’ structure will include Light*, Flex* and ComfortFlex.  

Additionally, since we constantly aim to make each and every flight a unique travel experience, we introduce “Family” fare family* with exclusive benefits for families traveling with children.  

On RBD level, all Economy Published RBDs will be included to all Economy Fare Families.

• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook inbound flight only. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only. 
• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook outbound flight only. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only, reissue to be performed with coupon selection. Inbound flight operated by CY shall remain active in original ticket. 
• Ticket is totally unused and customer requests to rebook both flights. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only. 
• Ticket is partially used and customer requests to rebook inbound flight. New itinerary shall include A3/OA flights only.
