If passengers are unable to locate their baggage upon arrival, they must immediately report it to the Aegean Airlines Ground Staff prior to leaving the airport. The passenger’s baggage details will be entered into a worldwide baggage tracing system (Worldtracer) and the passenger will be provided with a File Reference ID. Please refer to the given file locator in all communication regarding the passenger’s delayed baggage.
Claims for damage or loss to items in checked baggage, which are fragile, perishable or of special value cannot be accepted.

For more information please contact our staff at the airport where the passenger claimed his/her lost baggage (up until the 5th day of his/her claim)
From the 6th day and onwards please contact our Lost and Found department at Athens International airport, by dialing +30 210 3530546. If the passenger’s baggage is not traced after a period of 45 days, the procedure of reimbursement will begin.
