Effective for sales & travel on/after May, 4th, a new fare family will be introduced in business cabin for selected International routes. Current Business Class fares and attributes will remain the same.

Below you will find additional information regarding the new Business Class fare family:

  • New business class fare family name: Business Basic
  • Rebooking will be allowed with a fee. The rebooking fee will match the rebooking fee of Light fare of the same route
  • New Business Basic fares will be non-refundable
  • New Business Basic fares will earn less miles compared to the Business Class fares on the same route
  • Rerouting will be allowed only on routes that New Business Basic fare family is offered
  • Tickets issued with the New Business Basic fare family will be eligible to remain open for use


Change/re-issue policy overview of all fare families :

  • Light fares change only to Light
  • Flex fares change to Flex and Business Class
  • ComfortFlex fares change to ComfortFlex and Business Class
  • Business Class fares change only to Business Class
  • Business Basic fares change only to Business Basic
